Absolutely. (For thicker paints, remove the strainer at the bottom of the dip tube.)
Follow these steps:

  1. Thin as necessary.
  2. Stir 
  3. Attach
  4. Test spray at 45 degree angle

If any clogs occur:

  1. Put a warm rag over the red orifice in button, and depress button to push back any clogs.

For a more powerful spray:

  1. Wrap power unit with the warm rag while spraying.
